Refund Policy
Our promise: a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not fully satisfied with your GLOWRYZE ritual, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare items (patches, serums, oils) that have been used cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged — this protects the safety of all our customers.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
How to Start a Return
Email contact@glowryze.com with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 2 business days.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case GLOWRYZE covers the cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different product of equal value are available, subject to stock.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
