Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before they ship.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 3–6 business days
• Canada: 4–8 business days
• United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
• Rest of world: 7–15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — delays can occur due to customs or carrier conditions. You'll always be able to track your order.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over $50. Below that, a flat rate of $4.90 applies.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside our fulfillment country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by your local customs authority (for example, a customs handling fee applies to certain low-value parcels entering the EU since July 2024). These charges are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days at contact@glowryze.com and we'll help investigate.
